Clients are drawn to Nina Sachse because of her passion, dedication and hard work. These qualities were instilled in her by her mother, Mary Ann Knell, a top producing realtor in her hometown of Peoria, Illinois. (Not surprisingly, being a top producer runs in the family, too.)
After graduating with a degree in Advertising from Southern Methodist University, Nina decided to stay in her adopted hometown of Highland Park. She joined the Rhodes Group in 2013 and right away, Tom Rhodes joined her mother as one of Nina’s most valued real estate mentors. He taught her that “nothing is more important than your reputation” — a rule she strives to live by. She has extensive knowledge in and around the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and in East Dallas’ M Streets and Lakewood neighborhoods. Her eye for real estate trends and anticipating market conditions sets her apart, while her experience with home renovations, staging, and interior design enhance her expertise.
Nina works hard to serve not just her clients but the community around her through multiple philanthropic organizations. In addition to her professional endeavors, she has served as the production co-chair for the Cattle Baron’s Ball, the largest one-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. She currently resides in the Park Cities with her husband, Decker and their two kids, Rose and Sam.
